Sword and shield - a combination handed down to us from our forefathers in El Paso and the ancients of Dagorhir before them. It is possibly one of the most versatile styles in foam fighting because of its inclusion of many defensive and offensive options. This class will teach sword and board techniques which can be utilized against other shieldmen, florentinists, and madu specialists. Primary focus will be placed on each student coming to an understanding of his/her individual strengths and expanding upon them. This class is geared for beginning to intermediate fighters.
