You’ll gain a clear understanding of different types of stretching, when and how to use them effectively, and the best methods for building strength and increasing muscle using both bodyweight exercises and weight-based training. Additionally, we’ll break down diet and supplementation, exploring which supplements are actually beneficial and which are best avoided, so you can make informed choices to support your fitness goals.

Beyond theory, this class provides practical guidance to help you develop a sustainable training regimen. Students will receive a beginner-friendly workout plan designed to kickstart their fitness journey and build a strong foundation for future progress. We’ll also discuss injury prevention and management, ensuring that you train smarter and avoid setbacks.
