Sports Science Track: Practice is the key to foam fighting success more than any other thing. No Warlord got where he is without practicing many times a week. While fighting opponents is the best practice, in many ways there are drills and exercises you can do to focus on certain muscles and reflexes used a lot in our game. The drills presented in this class encourage muscle memory, footwork and balance, and the timing it takes to take control of the fight. Knowing you need to practice gets you started on the road to success, knowing what to practice gets you the rest of the way.
